What is up with Victoria Beckham's hair strands lately? I remember doing this in high school and let me tell you, it took a lot of work to look this disheveled. Is this look coming back? No, I refuse to let this happen!

However, this hair style would look better if she was wearing a sleeveless turtleneck and a mid-calf pencil skirt accompanied by some slingbacks. So maybe I do kind of like the strands. I draw the line at chopsticks though.
